I know this isn’t the place to report problems, but my advice to anyone thinking of upgrading is to not do it unless you want to waste most of your day screaming in frustration. With this release, Cloud Services supports publishing to an Affinity Group rather than just a specific region. This allows you to group dependent services and deploy them in close proximity to one another to help improve performance and reduce network bandwidth.
